The double dough cutting and weighing machine cuts dough between 100-600 grams without damaging it, subjecting it to any compression process, and with very precise weight values. The dough hopper and outer covers are made of stainless steel. The weight adjustment can be made optionally via a handwheel or a touchscreen. It can make up to 80 cuts per minute. Compatible with the electrical system in the United States
