Pricing and Ordering Process


Wholesale Pricing:


• All prices at TURKUAZ are strictly wholesale prices.

• Customers are free to resell the purchased products at retail prices (B2C transactions) according to market conditions.

• Our products are priced to ensure a strong retail profit margin for our customers.


Price Changes and Updates:

• Since our products are imported, prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, supply chain costs, and market conditions.

• Prices are reviewed and updated annually, which means they may increase or decrease based on economic factors.

• The price applicable at the time of order placement is final, but TURKUAZ is not responsible for future price changes.


Stock and Order Placement:

• To ensure timely order fulfillment, customers must place their orders in advance.

• Some products are kept in stock and can be delivered immediately.

• For out-of-stock products, the supply process may take several weeks or longer, and customers will be informed accordingly.


Weekly Order Schedule:

• Orders should be placed by Monday or, at the latest, Tuesday each week.

• Deliveries are generally scheduled for Saturday, the following Monday, or Tuesday.


Delivery and Shipping Terms



• Delivery fees are charged separately and depend on the customer’s location.

• Customers may choose to pick up their orders without any additional cost.

• If a delivery is required, shipping charges generally range between 10% and 15% of the total order value but usually does not exceed this limit.

• If the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the order is refused, additional delivery charges may apply.


Product Returns and Refund Policy


• Food products cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.

• Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery. If any product is found to be expired or contains a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us on the same calendar day the delivery was made. Notifications received after this time frame will not be eligible for review, and no action will be taken.


• TURKUAZ does not accept any liability for damages that occur during shipping or transportation. Any product that is damaged as a result of handling by third-party shipping carriers, logistical incidents, or transportation-related causes is not the responsibility of TURKUAZ. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue. 


• Cases involving product expiration or internal product defects (unrelated to shipping damage) reported within the same day of delivery will be considered for possible compensation, replacement, or further assistance, at the sole discretion of TURKUAZ.


• Any complaints made after the day of delivery will not be considered.

• TURKUAZ will assess reported issues and, if valid, provide a replacement or appropriate compensation.


Payment Terms


• Customers must complete their payment within 15 days (two weeks) after receiving their order.


Accepted payment methods:

• Check (subject to clearance)

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Card


• If a check payment is returned due to insufficient funds, TURKUAZ reserves the right to take legal action and charge additional fees.

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges.


Liability Disclaimer


• TURKUAZ is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or resale of its products.

• Customers are responsible for storing products properly to maintain their quality.


Privacy Policy


• Customer information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.

• All payments are processed through secure systems to ensure data protection.
