Pastirma Pastry is one of our favorite pastries for a Turkish-style weekend brunch or as a mezze spread. This wind-dried beef, pastirma has been made in Turkey for centuries. Amazingly easy to prepare. Just unpack the wrap, put it on the top rack of the 425F preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
